Mr. Chilamkurty’s track record of serial entrepreneurship spans 20 years. It includes the launch of DOTS Technology. DOTS Technology is a staffing company that is a gold SAP partner. Under Mr. Chilamkurty’s leadership, DOTS has grown to over 200 employees.
For the last decade, Mr. Chilamkurty has also focused his energy on real estate investing where he has demonstrated a unique ability to identify highly profitable real estate opportunities which have enabled him to raise over $50 million in private capital.
His companies’ portfolios include 500 residential units, investments in ground-up construction, commercial properties, and raw land development.

Vikram R. Jangam
Managing Partner and Co-founder
Mr. Vikram R. Jangam is a serial entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and philanthropist. He launched his career in the technology space where he has accumulated 23 years of assorted leadership experience and has been able to create several highly successful technology businesses.
His boundless curiosity and passion eventually brought him into the real estate industry where again he has envisioned, implemented, and scaled a variety of hugely successful businesses with holdings in the commercial, industrial, and retail space. His expertise in defining and establishing systems and processes has enabled his first two real estate companies, Matrix Commercial and LynBa Holdings, to accumulate a well-diversified multi-million dollar portfolio. Lately, the scope of his investments have broadened to include new markets and segments creating an even bigger competitive advantage. His companies’ holdings now include commercial office space, retail, raw land investment, development, and ground-up construction.
Mr. Jangam is also the founder of the V Care Foundation. The V Care Foundation is a non-profit that specializes in building grassroots relationships and serving kids in underprivileged and under-served communities. One of the V Care foundation’s goals is to coalesce international non-profit organizations, associations, and local governments to better serve local community needs.
As the managing partner at the Westside Investment Group, Mr. Jangam’s chief responsibilities include the oversight of the company’s strategic planning, business development, and fundraising. Mr. Jangam’s expertise in the real estate space spans over 20 years and includes expertise in the development, acquisition, repositioning, and management of many asset classes including commercial, industrial and residential. Mr. Jangam is a graduate of Gulbarga University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. In addition to all these roles, Mr. Jangam’s biggest passion is teaching others how to build and preserve wealth.

Prasuna Pasham is an American entrepreneur, growth strategist, and philanthropist. Ms. Pasham is a general partner of Westside Investments Group. She has been an instrumental member that has enabled Westside to grow exponentially.
In addition, in June 2007, she founded North Point IT, which she has been leading ever since. North Point IT, is a Minority and Women owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) professional services company that specializes in information technology services and consulting.
Together with her husband, she is also a co-founder of the V Care Foundation (We Care). The V Care foundation strives to make a difference in the lives of youths by engaging them to drive positive change through volunteering. As a charity, participating youths are brought together to address communal development and help with causes for the greater good.

Lakshmi Chilamkurty is the underwriting managing partner at Westside. She gained her experience by leading her previous company CAP8 Investments where she successfully acquired and exited 4 projects for a total of over 500 units. Her chief responsibilities include the oversight of the Company’s underwriting process, acquisitions, and business development.
Ms. Chilamkurty’s expertise is derived from over 10 years of residential and commercial real estate experience as an investor, operator, and fundraiser. In addition to her role as managing partner, Ms. Chilamkurty’s biggest passion is teaching others how to build and preserve wealth.
